This concludes the inspection service program outline. For all the mentioned services above, and on services page one,we have two plans of field inspections.
The following fees are based on how many times a month you want the inspections to occur.
Fees.
*Plan 1. Inside and outside inspections every two weeks. For this service the fee would be $59.95 per month. Based on a four month minimum contract.
Plan 2. Inside and outside inspections every week. For this service the fee would be $79.95 per month. Based on a four month minimum.
Now comes a great added service. By signing up on the Homewatch plan, this will enable you the following service providers for any additional services that you may need. All on a bid basis. This is a program designed to help you find the services that you need at a competitive price. All contracted jobs will be overseen by us. And will be price approved by you before the work is started. Charlevoix home watch will not accept any fees for these services, unless we do the work ourselves. All we ask is a small hourly fee for us having to meet the provider and be there when the work is being done.
