Charlevoix Home Watch is a company designed to service the second home or condo owner in the Charlevoix Michigan area. Owned and operated by Jack and Debbie Lafay, Charlevoix residents. Jack was born and raised in Michigan. Debbie is a Charlevoix High School graduate. For many years we lived in Florida, and owned a second home in Charlevoix. We knew all too well how hard it was to keep our home here serviced and ready when it came time for us to use the property. In 2009 I decided to retire from Corporate America where I was employed as Vice President of Macy's Furniture. We decided to form Charlevoix Home Watch,to provide not just a few services, but all the services that the second home owner might need. And to provide them at very competitive rates. This allows you peace of mind while you are away, and also the freedom to vacation while you are here. You will find a laundry list of services in the pages to come.
