The first thing that all second home owners need to know is that their property is safe and secure. We do that by physical inspections of the property. We will be looking for storm damage, broken water pipes, appliances left on, unlocked doors or windows, any signs of forced entry, and or breaking and entering. A full inspection of inside the home and the outside property. All inspections will be done by the owners themselves, no outside personel will be used for the home watch inspection. The following interior services will be provided on each visit to your property.
Interior inspection.
*Check all doors, windows, and screened areas, and make sure they are locked.
*Inspect for any type of water damage. (floors,ceilings,walls)
*Check electical box for blown fuses, tripped breakers etc.
*Check heat and air systems and make sure operational.
*Check appliances to see they are not leaking or running unecessarily.
*Run water in sinks, and flush toilets.
*Check hot water heater, and water conditioner. (add salt if customer requests).
*Check phones for messages.
*We will recieve small shipments or packages (upon request)to our office location. We will then deliver them on our next visit.
*Upon request we will send inspection reports and or digital photos of your property via email.
Exterior Inspections.
*Check perimiter of home for storm damage or vandalism.
*Remove flyers,or solicitation products from entry way.
*Pickup mail, and place it in home or forward if requested.
